Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We always strive for the highest level of customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. I will be happy to refund your money for your purchase for unused and unworn jewelry pieces (for sanitary reasons) minus the cost of shipping.
