When will my order ship? +
All orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Can I track my order? +
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Do you offer gift wrapping? +
Not right now, but we're working on bringing gift wrapping to charMED soon!
What are the charms made from? +
Our charms are made from zinc and plated with sterling silver.
Do the charms fit all stethoscopes? +
Most charMED charms are designed to fit standard adult stethoscopes, including popular brands like Littmann, MDF, ADC, and Prestige.
How do I put the charms on my stethoscope? +
Simply slide the charm onto the tubing — no tools or clips required.
Are the charms heavy or noisy? +
Not at all! They’re lightweight, comfortable, and designed to stay quiet during use.
Can I clean my stethoscope with the charms on? +
For deep cleaning, we recommend removing the charms first to help preserve their finish.
