Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return request form is submitted, our team will review it. If your return meets the eligibility requirements, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label via email. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request form. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return

  1. Fill out the Return Request Form with your order details and the items you wish to return.

  2. If eligible, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
