Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Contact us to start your return and we’ll send you a return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs.

For a quick clean, wipe your stethoscope and charMED charms with 70% isopropyl alcohol. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water with a soft cloth, dry thoroughly, then follow with a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe.

Please note: Gloss Line charms and the PAW Charm may lose enamel with vigorous cleaning, so treat these styles with extra care.
